Figuring out what plant based foods to eat sounds simple on paper but we are surrounded by so much noise and confusion that settling for the same old PB&J ends up being the "best option."

 

My goal is to keep things simple yet delicious and nourishing. These customized meal plans will take the guess work out of what to eat, how to prepare, what to shop for, etc.  

 

This package is best for those you if you want guidance, meal ideas, and a flexible yet structured plan specific for your lifestyle and needs.

 

How it works:

  • After purchasing, I will email you a questionnaire so I can assess your needs and how best to create a meal plan for you. They will be questions like:

    • What are your health, lifestyle and dietary goals?

    • How much time would you like to spend in the kitchen? 

    • What is your food prep style?

    • What excites you about having a custom meal plan?

  • Two weeks after filling out the questionnaire you will receive your meal plan which includes:

    • Recipes

    • Cooking notes, additional notes from me

    • Meal Plan Guide

    • Grocery List

  • You will receive the questionnaire within 24 hours of purchasing to the email you provide at check out.​

 

This package also includes:  

  • Email/WhatsApp support 

  • Bonus resources- product swaps supplement guide, pantry staples, recommended external materials

**Custom Meal Plan packages do not include video consultations but may be included for an additional charge.
